Brescia, Linda Catherine, 69, of Linwood, passed away at her home in Linwood on Sunday, February 18th.
Born October 9, 1954, in Nutley, NJ. Linda grew up in Belleville, NJ graduating from Belleville High School. Linda worked at Collective Bank, was a dental assistant, and was a longtime crossing guard for the city of Linwood.
Linda loved crossing the children, and she also loved walking the bike path. She always selflessly gave of herself; she was full of love. Linda walked into a crisis while the world walked out. She was a saint of God.
Linda is survived by her husband, Pete; sons Peter, Paul, and John; grandson, Dominic; and siblings Tommy, Russell, Fran, Carole, Diane, John, and Joey.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Rachel Giordano; and siblings Raymond Marilyn, and Danny.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 24th at the Linwood Community Church, 1838 Shore Road, Linwood from 11am-12pm followed by an 12pm service. Interment will take place at Zion Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township.
